The CareSide is looking to bring on a freelance paid media specialist to oversee our advertising efforts on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.We've dabbled in TikTok in the past and are open to exploring other channels as well.As a freelancer, you won't be viewed as a line item.Instead, you'll play an integral role in our marketing campaigns.At the same time, we also appreciate that you likely have other projects you're juggling and a life outside of work.You'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule and balance other commitments, while still making a real impact.You won't be working in a silo.You'll collaborate closely with our designers, content team, and analytics lead to launch creative, data-driven campaigns that drive real results.You understand that paid media isn't just about spend and ROAS — it's about knowing the buyer, reading the market, and tapping into human psychology.We're looking for someone hands-on, strategic, and ready to get into the weeds with us.Qualifications4+ years of experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns for B2C brandsStrong understanding of Meta's algorithm and the types of creatives that resonate on Facebook and InstagramProven track record of optimizing Google PPC campaigns to drive down acquisition costsSharp analytical skills with the ability to separate signal from noise in campaign dataComfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environmentBonus points if you have experience advertising on Reddit, TikTok, or YouTubeResponsibilitiesDeliver monthly reports with clear, actionable performance insightsWork with the web lead to execute A/B tests across Google Ad campaignsConduct keyword research, analyze competitors, and study our customer journey to inform campaign strategyPropose recommendations for new campaign strategiesCollaborate with our designers and content team to create high-performing ad creativesParticipate in sprint reviews (every 6 weeks), monthly check-ins, and the occasional virtual socialMake positive contributions to the team culture and work environmentCompensation$50-$80 USD per hourLocationUnited States, Canada, or Europe#J-*****-Ljbffr
