Tor - Recruitment & HR Consulting(Gruppo Lavoropiù spa) ricerca una figura di Contract Manager – Site Manager Settore Logistica con +5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di siti logistici/magazzini per azienda preferibilmente del settore logistico in provincia di Modena Attività: Coordinare, supervisionare e motivare il team operativo assegnando compiti e monitorando l'andamento delle attività Gestire in modo efficace, conforme e strategico i contratti con fornitori e clienti Formare e aggiornare periodicamente il personale sulle procedure operative, sulla sicurezza e sugli standard aziendali Redigere e revisionare i contratti logistici Monitorare le performance contrattuali, gestire gli SLA e i KPI contrattuali Gestire il budget e i costi logistici Risponde all'Operations Manager Requisiti: Laurea in ingegneria gestionale o diploma (in presenza di esperienza significativa) Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Site/Contract/logistic manager preferibilmente maturato presso aziende logistiche Esperienza imprescindibile già maturata nella gestione gerarchica di risorse Esperienza preferibile nella gestione di appalti e subappalti logistici e conoscenza della normativa relativa Competenza nella gestione del contratto, nell'analisi dei KPI e dei dati relativi ai target contrattuali, capacità di negoziazione con il cliente.Preferibile Buona conoscenza dell'inglese.Flessibilità e dinamismo, gestione assertiva del team, gestione dello stress.Cosa Offre: Tempo indeterminato, RAL e inquadramento commisurate all'esperienza della risorsa.Chi Cerca Azienda italiana, strutturata a gruppo, in continua crescita ed evoluzione.Sede di Lavoro Provincia Nord di Modena 270.RT.70Aut.Min. del 26/11/2004 _ Prot.****/SG.Il presente annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità.Ti chiediamo di prendere visione della nostra informativa privacy ( e di inserire nel CV l'autorizzazione al trattamento dei tuoi dati personali ai sensi delle discipline europea ed italiana vigenti.Ti preghiamo di non inserire dati particolari (es. relativi alla salute o a condanne penali).Diffida dagli annunci apparentemente legati a Lavoropiù:
