About the jobJoin the Housekeeping team of a world-class 5-star Mediterranean resort on the beautiful Island of Cyprus.Our department ensures that every room, corridor, and public space reflects the resort's dedication to luxury, comfort, and high standards.We are now hiring skilled and detail-oriented professionals across multiple housekeeping roles.Role PurposeThe purpose of these roles is to support the cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic presentation of guest rooms and hotel facilities.You will help maintain the elegance and quality expected in a luxury resort, ensuring guests enjoy a flawless stay.Expectations of the PositionExceptional attention to detail and pride in cleanlinessProfessionalism, reliability, and a warm service approachAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork and communication with supervisors and colleaguesCommitment to hygiene, safety, and resort standards Key ResponsibilitiesClean, maintain, and present guest rooms and public areas to 5-star standardsAssist with linen management, wardrobe repair, floral arrangements, and guest requestsEnsure proper use of equipment, chemicals, and housekeeping toolsFollow safety, hygiene, and operational checklistsReport maintenance issues or irregularitiesSupport daily operations and collaborate closely with the housekeeping team Tasks &, Duties by PositionAssistant (Housekeeping Assistant)Support supervisors with daily coordinationAssist with distributing supplies, amenities, and linensHelp maintain organization in pantries and storage areasHousemanMaintain cleanliness of corridors, lobbies, elevators, and public areasAssist Room Attendants by delivering linen, removing trash, and supporting heavy tasksEnsure pantry areas are stocked and tidyAttendant – Linen RoomManage linen inventory, issuing and receiving linensOperate laundry equipment when neededEnsure proper stocking, folding, and organization of all linen itemsRoom AttendantClean and prepare guest rooms and suites to luxury standardsChange linens, restock amenities, and maintain room presentationEnsure accuracy in reporting room status and lost itemsAttendant – Floral DesignPrepare and maintain fresh floral arrangements for rooms and public areasAssist with event décor and seasonal floral displaysEnsure flowers are fresh, aesthetically arranged, and replaced as neededSeamstress – WardrobeRepair, alter, and maintain uniforms, linens, and soft furnishingsManage wardrobe inventory and ensure items are in excellent conditionSupport special tailoring requests during events or peak seasons
