Overview Jefferson Wells is the leading consulting firm in Executive Search and in the selection of managerial and executive profiles.Project Manager Wind Power PlantsThe company we are working with is a well-established Independent Power Producer (IPP) operating internationally in the renewable energy sector, with a strong focus on the development, construction, ownership, and operation of wind power plants.The group is actively investing in onshore wind projects and manages assets across multiple countries, with a long-term, asset-owner approach.The Project Manager will join the Project Management division and will be responsible for managing wind energy projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from development and permitting to construction, commissioning, and final handover to operations.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end management of onshore wind projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, quality, and HSE standardsCoordination of permitting and authorization processes, including environmental and grid-related approvalsSupervision of construction activities, including foundations, turbine erection, electrical works, substations, and grid connectionCoordination and supervision of EPC contractors, turbine suppliers, and subcontractorsManagement of procurement activities and support in the selection of suppliers and service providersPreparation, negotiation, and management of contractsMonitoring of project KPIs, costs, schedules, and risksPreparation of periodic project reports and coordination with internal stakeholdersSupport in the evaluation and development of new wind energy investmentsRequirementsDegree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical EngineeringProven experience in wind power or renewable energy projectsFluency in written and spoken EnglishStrong project management, coordination, and leadership skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of projectsAvailability to travel *****%Work LocationFull remote, with nationwide travel to project sites.#J-*****-Ljbffr
