Within our Consult business we harness our unique combination of leading-edge practical expertise and project delivery consultancy to unlock potential in every project.Our Mobility team is expanding in Europe.We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager (Associate Director) to join our Aviation team on a full-time permanent basis in Rome, Italy.As Associate Project Director you will represent Mace whilst interfacing with our key clients.You will ensure the successful delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.This project will involve managing a new lounge project, circa ****sqm, in a previously occupied space which will require demolition.ResponsibilitiesRepresent Mace and interface with key clients to ensure successful delivery of key assignments and defined business areas.Provide strategic direction and monitor delivery aligned with the overall vision and objectives.Manage a new lounge project ****** sqm) in a previously occupied space requiring demolition.You'll Need To HaveRecognized degree in related discipline.Minimum 20 years professional experience in large/complex projects.Minimum 10 years professional experience in airport projects (experience in operational airport environment preferred).Minimum 10 years site experience.You'll also haveHold a professional membership.Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the Aviation sector.Strong commercial and financial acumen.Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.Hold a valid European passport or Right to work in Italy.Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.Even if you feel you do not fulfil all of the criteria, please apply as you may still be the best candidate for this role or another role within our organization.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionConsulting, Information Technology, and Sales#J-*****-Ljbffr
