OverviewBimbo QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) is a global bakery leader, proudly supporting quick service restaurant chains, retail, and foodservice around the world with high-quality buns, artisan rolls and sweet baked goods.The company has more than 65 years of experience and operates 49 high-speed bakeries located in more than 23 countries.This role is responsible for overseeing activities related to the Italy Business Group growth process, involving focus and coordination of all internal department and regular report to the Senior Management.The ideal candidate has a deep experience in project management and sales and will bring a global mindset, strong leadership, high organizational skills and cross-cultural collaboration to drive efficiency, resilience, and innovation in the Italian division.ResponsibilitiesChartering & Program SetupFacilitation of entry into tracking toolEnrolling team members into program & launching dashboardsEnroll key leaders and stakeholders into planLaunch use of dashboardsRoadmap PlanningDevelop and update detailed, integrated roadmap & milestonesIntegrate view into roadmap and milestonesSupport regions with SWOT analyses (refined view of opportunity, etc.)Tracking & ReportingFacilitate to create charters and business plansGather data and integrate them into dashboardsPrepare status updates and present them with Senior ManagementGovernance & CadenceLaunch dashboards and initial mgmt.cadenceExecute management cadence and alignment meetingsConduct weekly check-ins with initiative leads and regional leadsConduct and interpret risk assessment; conducting risk dialogue; plan interventionsReview and elevate key issues; iterate as neededCompetencies / QualificationsResults and Action Orientation: demonstrates ability to drive improvement of results and to deliver best in class business performance.Strategic Orientation: defines a strategic vision in shaping high-impact strategies, linking it to clearly actionable initiatives while considering the impact on all parts of the business.S/he clearly articulates medium to long-term opportunities and threats and helps evaluate options and plans against anticipated global trends.Customer Orientation: utilizes market knowledge and customer relationships to drive insight.S/he understands the needs of the customer and uses this knowledge to deepen customer relationships and build a positive customer experience.S/he uses customer insight to innovate products and services that will improve customer engagement.Collaborating & Influencing: effectively engages stakeholders and drives alignment across multiple functions to achieve results, engaging in joint decision making and resolving conflicts when necessary to balance short- & long-term benefits.Is able to recognize & channel new ideas.Brings excellent negotiation skills & the ability to build strategic partnerships.S/he will need to use collaboration and influencing skills as a foundation for driving change in the organization.Education and CertificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).8+ years of progressive experience in project management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven experience managing extended international team, ruling them to the respect of targets and timingProficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Excellent leadership and cross-cultural communication skillsAvailability to travel within the country and internationally when neededLanguageLanguage:Italian and English (proficient user C1-C2).OtherExcellent command of Microsoft Office tools, with a strong focus on high-level PowerPoint presentations and advanced Excel functionalitiesExcellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities, with experience presenting to senior-level management (VP and above)Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAdministrativeIndustriesFood and Beverage Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
