Continuous Improvement Coordinator– BAC EMENAAbout the PositionBaltimore Aircoil Company (BAC) is a global manufacturer of heat transfer products and services, specializing in resource-saving evaporative cooling equipment.BAC Europe's products are distributed across Europe, the Middle–East, and North Africa.To strengthen our manufacturing plant in Chiuro (Italy), we're recruiting a Continuous Improvement Coordinator.In this role you will coordinate and implement lean principles, drive local improvement initiatives, and support the execution of the global BAC Continuous Improvement roadmap.ResponsibilitiesYou'll actively collaborate with the Italian teams to develop and implement the Continuous Improvement program in Chiuro, including enhancement of Global Assembly Standards (GAS) definition, gap analysis, assessments, BACX audits.You'll take care of training development and follow-up of progression status, creating and actively promoting benchmarking between the plants and systems and sharing best practices.You'll analyse the needs of current work and production processes and make proactive recommendations for improvements.You'll cooperate with projects related to new technological developments in production, meeting the expected results within the expected timeframe, including equipment feasibility studies, selection and standardisation, and communicate process steps and progress with all stakeholders.QualificationsYou combine a bachelor's or master's degree with 3–5 years of working experience within, preferably, a manufacturing environment.You can express yourself fluently in Italian and English (min.
