Key Account Manager (North Italy) – BD (Tissuemed Ltd)As a BIP Key Account Manager you will be responsible for the achievement of business objectives and for the creation and development of a partnership relationship with clients in the assigned area (Hospital Pharmacists, Nurses, Risk managers and Clinicians).You will report hierarchically to the Sales & Marketing Manager BIP.Responsibilities include analysing reference markets, studying client needs, identifying stakeholders, inserting products into regional/hospital handbooks, defining action plans, and managing tender processes.Main ResponsibilitiesAchieve assigned business objectives.Communicate deviations and define corrective actions.Update monthly sales forecast and participate in yearly target definition.Provide scientific updates on clinical evidence, propose products and services to retain and acquire customers.Monitor competitors' products, prices and services and share info with management.Participate in local, national and international conferences.Manage relationships with area KOLs.Contribute to cross-divisional projects and activities.Oversee tender processes in the geographical area.Submit quotations in line with strategy.Update opportunities in SFDC.Support external partners in promotional activities aligned to BU strategy.Provide training and educational activities to end users.Collaborate with local Product Manager and EU Marketing Team in planning and executing local activities.QualificationsScientific degree in accordance with Italian regulations for drug promotion.Good knowledge of English.Ability to translate product into solutions.Knowledge of healthcare, diseases, treatments and medical procedures.Strong customer focus and orientation to their needs.Knowledge of the Italian healthcare market, including competitor activity and market trends.Skills to grow volume and market share.Ability to implement sales strategy and tactical plans on the field.Track record in developing relationships with colleagues, customers and KOLs.Capability to manage multiple products/projects.Understanding of market dynamics and business practices.Drive for results and strong planning, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.Open to change.PreferredLocated in East Lombardy.CompensationBase salary ranging from€45,000 to €55,000per year, complemented by a competitive bonus structure and a comprehensive benefits package.Why Join Us?BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies.We offer a culture of innovation, inclusion, and growth-centered rewards.Our commitment to on-site collaboration requires a minimum of 4 days in the office per week.Equal Opportunity EmployerBecton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We evaluate applicants without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, creed, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, marital or domestic or civil union status, familial status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetics, disability, military eligibility or veteran status, and other legally protected characteristics.Apply NowClick on apply if this sounds like you#J-*****-Ljbffr
