Ali Professional DivisioneIT & DIGITALricerca per importante cliente, Startup Innovativa in ambito lead generation, unGrowth & Performance Marketing Managerche prenda in mano il marketing aziendale sviluppando e ottimizzando i canali di acquisizione che permetteranno alla startup di crescere.Responsabilità:Analizzare trend di mercato e comportamenti dei clienti per identificare aree di miglioramento e nuovi segmenti da sviluppare.Individuare e proporre opportunità di espansione e innovazione.Pianificare e supervisionare attività digitali orientate alla performance (SEO, ADV, CRO, Marketing Automation), gestendo agenzie e consulenti dedicati.Monitorare costantemente i risultati delle strategie implementate e introdurre azioni correttive quando necessario.Effettuare analisi dei dati su tutte le basi informative del brand per supportare decisioni strategiche.Requisiti:4-5 anni di esperienza in primarie società digitali e/o aziende innovative in forte crescita.Mindset growth che possa essere allineato a contesti snelli e di startup.Forti capacità analitiche, di problem-solving e orientamento ai risultati.Dimostrata esperienza in project management, inclusa la gestione del budget e la negoziazione con i fornitori.Eccellenti doti comunicative in italiano e in inglese.La persona che ricoprirà questo ruolo lavorerà a stretto contatto dei soci/co-Founder e del CTO.Sede di lavoro su Milano, opportunità con ampia flessibilità.#J-*****-Ljbffr
