Enfinity Global is a purpose-driven company focused on making a positive impact on the planet by helping companies, governments, and individuals transition to a carbon-free and sustainable economy.Our role as a leading IPP is to develop, finance, build, operate, and own renewable energy assets in the long term in Europe, Asia, and the Americas through our offices in the USA, Spain, Italy, UK, Netherlands, India, and Japan.Our team of over 250 Enfiniters comprises seasoned finance professionals, as well as experienced project developers and operators with extensive industry experience across all stages of the project life cycle.We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job DescriptionEnfinity Global is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager with a team player approach and extensive knowledge of constructions and projects of PV plants in Italy.The Manager will be responsible for supporting active projects in Italy in construction and the following commissioning activities.ResponsibilitiesCoordination and management of the construction projects from conception to completionCollaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to review plans and specificationsManage contract negotiations and other agreements with EPC and O&MHire, supervise, and motivate subcontractors and construction crewsDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgetsSecure permits and ensure compliance with all building codes and regulationsMonitor project progress and identify and address any potential issues proactivelyManage project budget and identify cost-saving opportunitiesEnsure a safe work environment and enforce all safety protocolsCoordinate an internal Site Managers teamCoordinate external services providers, e.g., owner engineering, environmental advisers, health & safety supervision services, etc.Handle and provide all close-out documentation to Asset Management team at completion of the projectsQualificationsKey Requirements:Engineering degree (preferable)Solid knowledge and understanding of the solar PV industryIn-depth experience in PV Construction & Management, either in EPC and/or Owner perspectivesTeam player, high level of organization, time management and autonomyAbility to effectively manage multiple projects and business relationshipsStrong written and oral communication skillsGood level of English, oral and written; Italian and Spanish is a plusDomain of MS Office, good knowledge of MS Project and CADAvailable to travel and stay in project sites in various locations when requiredBenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePension PlanPaid Time OffWork From HomeTraining & DevelopmentPerformance BonusCompany CarTicket RestaurantsIn Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.Here we will foster your professional and personal growth, and you will have the opportunity to actively contribute and make a real impact on climate change.Let's build our future together.Visit to discover more about our culture and values.Senior LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionIT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Enfinity Global by 2x.Get notified about new Senior Project Manager jobs in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
