Stiamo supportando una realtà leader nel settore Out of Home advertising nella ricerca di una figura da inserire nel team Product Development, dedicato alla gestione e pianificazione degli spazi pubblicitari sul territorio.Ruolo: Product Marketing Specialist – Out Of Home AdvertisingSede: Milano - AssagoIl RuoloLa persona sarà responsabile della mappatura e gestione dei circuiti pubblicitari assicurando aggiornamento, efficienza e coerenza rispetto alle esigenze commerciali e di mercato.Attività principali:Sviluppare e mantenere la pianificazione della circuitazione standard per i prodotti;Monitorare e aggiornare i circuiti in base alle variazioni del mercato e alle esigenze dei clienti;Utilizzare strumenti di geomarketing per analizzare i mercati locali e identificare i target demografici;Analisi geografiche e comportamentali per massimizzare l'efficacia delle campagne.Variazioni nella circuitazione e gestire le nuove proposte (NP) in risposta alle esigenze del mercato;Collaborare con i team interni per garantire che le variazioni siano eseguite in modo efficiente e coerente.I RequisitiLaurea triennale in comunicazione, economia, marketing o affini;2–4 anni di esperienza in centro media o contesti analoghi, con focus diretto sulla pianificazione e gestione di inventory OOH;Competenze in geomarketing e analisi territoriale;Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2)Conoscenza AS400 (plus) e gradita familiarità con Power BI;Ottima capacità di pianificare e strutturare attività complesse con precisione operativa Cosa OffriamoEntrerai in una realtà leader nel mondo Out of Home, parte di un gruppo internazionale, dove innovazione territoriale e creatività guidano ogni progetto;Percorsi strutturati di formazione e sviluppo interni, con opportunità di crescita in un contesto in evoluzione;Ambiente dinamico, collaborativo e orientato al miglioramento continuo, con strumenti e processi in trasformazione;Ticket restaurant, welfare aziendale e 1 giorno di smart working a settimana dopo il periodo di inserimento;
