Project Manager - impianti elettriciPer VINCI Energies Building Solutions, società del gruppo VINCI Energies Italia, cerchiamo un Project Manager dinamico e versatile, con una solida esperienza nel settore degli impianti elettrici, nella gestione di gare e offerte tecniche e nel facility management.La figura ideale è un professionista operativo e orientato al risultato, capace di gestire progetti dalla fase di offerta fino alla realizzazione, coordinando team multidisciplinari e garantendo il rispetto di tempi, costi e qualità.Gestione ProgettiCoordinare progetti di impiantistica elettrica e multidisciplinari, dalla pianificazione all'avviamento.Gestire tempi, budget, risorse e subappaltatori.Verificare la conformità alle specifiche tecniche, normative di sicurezza e requisiti del cliente.Proposal ManagementAnalizzare documenti di gara e specifiche tecniche.Redigere offerte tecniche ed economiche in collaborazione con i team tecnici e commerciali.Supportare la fase di negoziazione contrattuale e il passaggio alla fase esecutiva.Facility ManagementGestire contratti di manutenzione e livelli di servizio (SLA).Coordinare attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria.Interfacciarsi con i clienti per la gestione operativa e la reportistica.Esperienza tra i 5 e i 10 anni nella gestione di offerte tecniche e nella manutenzione di impianti.Ottima conoscenza degli impianti elettrici, delle normative e delle pratiche di manutenzione.Familiarità con strumenti di project management (es. MS Project) e sistemi ERP.Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese, parlato e scritto.Disponibilità a trasferte occasionali presso i cantieri.Conoscenza di tecnologie per l'efficienza energetica, smart building o energie rinnovabili.Esperienza in ambienti critici (ospedali, data center, aeroporti, ecc.).Formazione continua per l'aggiornamento su nuove tecnologie e normative.
