TorinoEUR ***************Join to apply for the Work in Lisbon: Video Content Analyst/Italian (Relocation Support Available) role at Global People Sphere.About The RoleYou will review and analyze video content to ensure it complies with community guidelines, platform policies, and safety standards.This role is ideal for individuals who are observant, objective, and committed to maintaining a secure digital environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and evaluate video content based on internal policies and community standards.Flag, escalate, or remove content involving sensitive or harmful material.Maintain high accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.Work effectively in 24/7 rotating shifts to meet deadlines.Collaborate with team leads and quality specialists to improve policy understanding.Stay updated on evolving content trends and policy changes.RequirementsMandatoryFluent Italian (C1/C2) and strong English (B2 minimum).Excellent attention to detail and objective analytical skills.Availability to work in flexible rotating shifts.Ability to work on-site in Lisbon (LACS Anjos).PreferredExperience in moderation, contact centers, or customer support.Exposure to sensitive or graphic content.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Emotional resilience and ability to stay professional under challenging content.Base salary (no experience): Up to €14,000 gross/yearBase salary (with experience in content analysis): €16,100 gross/yearLanguage bonus: €700 gross/yearMeal allowance: €7.63 per working day (net, meal card)Transport allowance: €700Relocation SupportFor candidates relocating from outside Continental Portugal:Full assistance with NIF & NISS.Support in finding accommodation.€2,500 gross relocation bonus (paid with first payroll).For candidates relocating within Portugal (more than 100km from Lisbon):Why Join Us?Work with one of the world's leading technology brands.Grow your career in a multicultural, dynamic environment.Make a real impact by contributing to a safe and positive online ecosystem.Interested in this opportunity?Send a message for more details or to apply#J-*****-Ljbffr
