Partner.Co is a global health and wellness company that partners with independent Brand Partners to help people achieve a body, business, and lifestyle they love.Through our Partnership Marketing process, we provide Brand Partners with everything they need to build their business, and we provide our customers with high-demand products in the wellness, fitness, skincare, and personal care spaces.Check out the links below to learn more about usPartner.Co is a dynamic company with offices around the globe.Our international presence enables our corporate staff to engage with diverse cultures as we collaborate and thrive as one high-performing, energetic team.We foster a collaborative culture where hard work is balanced with fun, and every team member's contributions are valued.Your impact matters, and we encourage all ideasWe are passionate about health and wellnessAs a member of our team, you can receive guidance, support, and amazing products to help you achieve your personal wellness goals.Plus, you'll have a community of friends cheering you on every step of the wayAbout the RoleThe Social Media Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the EMEA Marketing team by managing the company's social media channels, creating engaging content, and ensuring alignment with the Partner.Co brand identity and global marketing strategy.This role requires creativity, strong technical capability, and excellent communication skills to effectively grow brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.What You'll DoCreate, plan, and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring consistency with brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.Develop engaging social media campaigns to increase visibility, follower engagement, and brand awareness in the EMEA region.Collaborate closely with the Global Communications Director and EMEA Marketing Director to align local initiatives with the global strategy.Produce and edit visual and multimedia content, including photography, short-form video (Reels), and promotional graphics.Monitor social media channels daily, responding to community engagement and identifying opportunities for audience growth.Prepare analytics reports to assess campaign performance and propose improvements based on engagement metrics.Support marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and event coverage, including incentive trips and corporate events across Europe.Stay current with social media trends, tools, and platform updates to continuously optimise performance.Perform other marketing and creative duties as assigned.What We're Looking ForStrong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and branding strategy.Proficiency in photography, light video editing, and basic graphic design.Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian; proficiency in French or Spanish is an advantage (not required).Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.A creative mindset with strong analytical ability to assess social media effectiveness and audience insights.Self-starter who takes initiative, works independently, and collaborates effectively with global teams.Education and ExperienceDegree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Social Media, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 3 years' experience in social media, marketing, or a similar creative role.Experience in the direct selling or multi-level marketing (MLM) industry is an advantage.Work ArrangementThis position may be based either in the United Kingdom or in Italy, depending on the selected candidate's location.Only one role will be offered, and the successful candidate will be appointed in either market.The role may require occasional travel to company events, incentive trips, or regional marketing meetings across the United Kingdom and Europe.Adequate home-office setup and access to reliable high-speed internet are required.Partner.Co Benefits and PerksAnnual Leave/Holidays:25 days of paid leave.Mental Health Support:Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offering confidential wellbeing resources.Product Access:Employee discounts on Partner.Co's range of health and wellness products.Global Community:Opportunity to collaborate with international teams and participate in global initiatives.Our ValuesAt Partner.Co, we are guided by our shared values:True Partnership | ??
