IlBest Western Plus Tower Hotel Bologna, moderna struttura 4 stelle sita nel quartiere Savena e appartenente al gruppo HNH Hospitality, è alla ricerca di un*Restaurant Managerda inserire nel team Food & Beverage.La risorsa sarà il punto di riferimento operativo del reparto, in una struttura a vocazione business e con frequenti eventi aziendali che coinvolgono anche servizi ristorativi.Riporterai gerarchicamente all'Hotel Manager, e funzionalmente al Group F&B Manager collaborando quotidianamente con il team F&B.Di cosa ti occuperai:Coordinare, supervisionare e affiancare operativamente il servizio di sala dall'allestimento all'accoglienza, assicurando alti standard qualitativi su tutti i servizi (colazioni, banchetti, cene)Sarà tua responsabilità organizzare il lavoro del team in modo che si svolga in maniera fluidaGarantirai ottimi rapporti professionali e costruttivi sia all'interno del reparto F&B, così come tra F&B e gli altri reparti dell'hotelPromuoverai nuove iniziative per le attività ristorative, contribuendo allo sviluppo e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici del repartoGestirai il team a partire dalla selezione e inserimento dei collaboratori alla loro formazione, crescita e sviluppo in sinergia con la direzione e l'HR di sedeAnalizzerai i numeri dell'F&B, revenue, food cost, labour cost e li piloterai per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettiviChi vogliamo incontrare:Persone con almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo in hotel della stessa categoria, con frequenti eventi aziendali, e una buona conoscenza della lingua ingleseIl ruolo richiede la capacità di organizzare efficacemente proprio lavoro e quello degli altri, bilanciando programmazione e flessibilità operativa per gestire eventuali imprevisti e richieste degli ospitiOttime capacità di comunicazione saranno alla base di un rapporto professionale e costruttivo con ospiti e colleghiConoscenza e capacità di lettura delle logiche di gestione di F&B cost e dei KPI di reparto.Cosa Offriamo:Contratto a tempo determinato full time a scopo stabilizzazione con retribuzione commisurata all'esperienzaPremio variabile legato all'eventuale raggiungimento degli obiettivi dell'hotelStaff rate e family&friends per soggiornare nei nostri hotel a tariffe agevolatePer il tuo compleanno: permesso di un giorno retribuito dall'azienda e una cena offerta in una delle nostre strutture a tua sceltaMaggiorazioni aggiuntive per le ore lavorate di sabato e domenica e indennità per le settimane lavorate su 6 giorniMensa aziendaleLa struttura non è in grado di fornire alloggio, tuttavia è possibile una stanza di appoggio in albergo per i primi mesi.by helplavoro.it
