Annual salary based on 14 months: 70K.Annual bonus 10%.Location: Milan, Italy.Industry: Hospitality.A great opportunity to join as a Cluster Account Director at a Luxury 5 star hotel in Milan.Qualifications- To execute the position of Cluster Account Director Middle East & CIS, you must have the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and including the following:- Possess a minimum of 10 years total experience in hospitality or hotels sales setting, with direct supervisory experience over a sales team, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.- Proven track record (typically 7+ years) of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on the Middle East region/CIS.- Strong understanding of Middle Eastern & CIS markets, cultural nuances, and business practices.- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills is a plus).- Ability to travel frequently across the requested territories.- Valid Italian Work permit or European Union citizenship is required for this role.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.#J-*****-Ljbffr
