Supplier Development Specialist – Fixed Term / Fulltime Veepee – Pioneer of online flash sales since ****.Collaborates with over 7,000 brands across 10 countries, generating €3.3 billion revenue in ****.Job DescriptionReporting to the Supplier Development Manager, you will work closely with brands, the planning and sourcing teams to improve lead time, quality, and costs.ResponsibilitiesIdentify opportunities to improve service and cost.Lead supplier negotiations (move to fast flow, improve performance, penalties).Support the onboarding of new suppliers: present logistic requirements and end-to-end process, understand their supply chain.Track KPIs and analyze impacts.Follow up with brands that do not comply with contract agreements and define action plans.Ensure the achievement of action plans and penalties.Build and animate relevant reporting and conduct ad-hoc analysis.Organize meetings and prepare material for brands and other Veepee teams.Lead new projects related to brand supply chain (pallet ID, packaging, etc.).Must Have Skills3-5 years experience in supply chain, logistics or sales.Strong written and oral interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt communication.Strong negotiation skills and collaborative mindset.Problem-solving approach.Analytical and synthesis skills.Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools.Fluent in English.Nice to Have SkillsStrong commitment and team player attitude.Curiosity and attention to detail.Proficiency in French (spoken and written).BenefitsVariable bonus.Flexible opening hours and holiday flexibility.Dynamic and creative environment within international teams.Self-education courses on e-learning platform.Team building and afterworks.Hybrid work model – smartworking 2 days a week.Free afternoon on birthday.Recruiting ProcessHR interview.Manager interview.EEO StatementAll positions are open to people with health conditions or impairments.Veepee is committed to equality and diversity.#J-*****-Ljbffr
