Il/la Global Communication Director definisce la strategia di comunicazione globale del brand, garantendo coerenza, impatto e posizionamento. La figura, a diretto riporto del CEO, guida le attività di content strategy, comunicazione istituzionale, PR e marketing, delegando l'implementazione a team interni ed esterni, con una visione orientata al consolidamento del brand e allo sviluppo del business Direct-to-Consumer. Responsabilità principali Definire la strategia globale di comunicazione integrata (tradizionale, digitale, retail e corporate); Garantire la coerenza narrativa e visiva del brand in tutti i touch-point internazionali; Supervisionare e coordinare agenzie esterne per PR, media, eventi e campagne creative nei mercati chiave; Allineare la comunicazione con le strategie di prodotto, merchandising e sviluppo retail; Assicurare la corretta pianificazione e attuazione del calendario comunicazione (B2C e B2B); Monitorare i principali KPI di brand awareness, reputazione, engagement e impatto commerciale; Supportare le attività marketing ed e-commerce (ADV, social media, e-mail marketing), guidandone la strategia; Coordinare le linee guida per l'esecuzione creativa su ADV, vetrine, materiali visuali e contenuti editoriali; Presiedere gli eventi istituzionali del brand (fiere, lanci, collaborazioni, attività stampa); Strutturare e dirigere i team interni (~ 10 pax) dedicati a contenuti, PR e marketing (materiali di brand); Gestione del budget assegnato all'area comunicazione (conten creation; PR; marketing).
