Manpower Professional team del gruppo Manpower dedicato alla selezione e assesment di professionisti middle e new manager, collabora con importante realtà del territorio per quanto riguarda la ricerca di un/aFIRMWARE ENGINEER responsabile della progettazione, dello sviluppo, del collaudo e della manutenzione del software incorporato nei sistemi hardware per il controllo di componenti chiave come microcontrollori, microprocessori, sensori e moduli di comunicazione.Fornendo soluzioni firmware efficienti e affidabili, il Firmware Engineer garantisce le elevate prestazioni, la stabilità e la scalabilità dei dispositivi elettronici, contribuendo attivamente all'innovazione continua e al miglioramento dei prodotti.PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀSviluppo del prodottoProgettare e sviluppare firmware in linguaggioC o C++per sistemi embedded.Analizzare e comprendere le specifiche del dispositivo e i requisiti di sistema per sviluppare architetture e soluzioni firmware adeguate.Identificare, diagnosticare e risolvere bug o problemi funzionali del firmware durante l'intero ciclo di sviluppo.Contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi di progettazione e delle pratiche di sviluppo del firmware.Collaborare con gli ingegneri hardware per garantire una perfetta integrazione tra hardware e firmware.Test e DebugProgettare ed eseguire procedure di test per individuare le cause principali dei problemi tecnici del software.Sviluppare e implementare azioni correttive e correzioni software basate sui risultati dei test.Eseguire una verifica e validazione complete del firmware sviluppato per assicurare la conformità ai requisiti funzionali e alle specifiche tecniche.Documentare i risultati dei test e supportare le attività diQuality Assuranceper garantire l'affidabilità e le prestazioni del firmwareCOMPETENZEEsperienza comprovata nello sviluppo di firmware per sistemi embedded.Solida conoscenza dei linguaggiCe/oC++.Approfondita comprensione delle architetture embedded, dei microcontrollori e delle interfacce periferiche.Esperienza con strumenti di debug, framework di test e collaudo hardware.Eccellenti capacità analitiche e di problem solving.Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e collaborativo in un team multidisciplinare.
