Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce and declarative tools under the guidance of senior developersWrite clean, well-documented code following team coding standards and Salesforce best practicesAssist in building integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIsParticipate in code reviews to learn from experienced team members and improve your coding skillsWrite and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and meet testing requirementsDebug and troubleshoot issues in existing code with support from the development teamCollaborate with administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutionsDocument technical designs and development work for knowledge sharingParticipate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectivesStay current with Salesforce releases and new features through Trailhead and other learning improvement tasksQualification and backgroundRequired1-2 years of Salesforce development experience or relevant programming experience with demonstrated interest in Salesforce (personal projects, Trailhead badges, or volunteer work counts)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience (we value skills and potential over credentials—bootcamp graduates, self-taught developers, and career changers are welcome)Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and web development fundamentalsBasic knowledge of
