The Digital Operations Specialist is part of the regional IT team and plays a crucial role in enhancing the company's digital presence and improving customer and user engagement.This role requires a background in IT Support, project management and a user-centric mindset.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital projects, ensuring seamless user experiences and driving customer satisfaction.The role will work closely with local and global IT and also with sales, marketing.Logistics and customer service, to implement and optimize new and already existing digital tools and solutions.Responsibilities:- Digital Tools and Solutions: Explore and implement new digital technologies, such as automation tools, data analytics platforms, and AI-driven solutions, to enhance business operations and decision-making processes.- Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to users on new technologies.Support the adoption of digital tools and methodologies across local and regional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.- User Support: Respond to and resolve end user support requests via phone, email, or in person.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems.- User and Customer Centricity: Implement strategies to enhance user experiences and improve customer engagement.Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design and development decisions.- Project Management: Lead and manage digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports.- Collaboration: Work closely with regional and central IT teams to resolve complex issues and ensure the successful deployment and optimization of digital applications.Help to maintain a key user community to drive adoption and support for digital tools.- Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.Manage and support applications that are specifically tailored to the needs of the region or individual countries if not already provided centrally.Requirements:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.- Language: Good knowledge of written and spoken English.- Experience: 5 years in IT or digital operations.Proven experience in managing digitalization projects and application management.- Skills: Project management skills, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise applications, experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems, basic understanding of networking concepts and Active Directory.
