however, others can be developed along the way.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, product marketing, engineering or related field 2+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or related field, preferably in marine electronics and/or power solutionsProven ability to drive growth through an understanding of the customer and market, along with the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives.Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and portfolio strategy.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language.Preferred QualificationsUnderstanding of operational processes, financial planning, pricing, margins, costs, inventories, and financial statements.Ability to identify consumer, customer, product, and industry trends and develop strategies to take advantage of market opportunities.Analyze competitive research and trends to guide category strategies and programs relative to product and program innovation.Demonstrated willingness to challenge the status quo and constructively drive change while fostering teamwork and core enterprise values.Familiarity with IMO regulations affecting product requirementsTravel Requirements20% required global travelWorking ConditionsOffice environment;
