Categoria: Financial Services Luogo di lavoro: Milano e provinciaIl nostro Cliente è alla ricerca di un Investment Analyst da inserire all'interno del team su Milano.Principali attività e responsabilità:Supporto nell'attività di screening di nuove opportunità di investimento e analisi di mercato;Strutturazione, execution e monitoraggio delle operazioni di investimento;Capacità di gestire in autonomia analisi di bilancio e redazione di rendiconti finanziari;Valutazione aziendale e struttura finanziaria delle operazioni tra cui elaborazione di business plan, analisi finanziarie e financial modelling;Supporto e coordinamento nel processo di due diligence;Predisposizione della reportistica per gli investitori (es: information memorandum).Requisiti:Laurea in Discipline Economiche o Ingegneria2-3 anni di esperienza maturata in Fondi di Private Equity o in team di Transaction Services o boutique di M&AEccellente conoscenza del pacchetto OfficeCapacità di analisi quantitative e qualitative e pianificazioneCuriosità e vivacità intellettualeDedizione e metodo nell'organizzazione del lavoroOttime doti comunicativeCapacità di lavorare in team e sotto pressioneApproccio imprenditoriale al lavoroConoscenza fluente della lingua inglese e francese scritta e parlata#J-*****-Ljbffr
