About FameccanicaFameccanica, part of Angelini Technologies, designs and manufactures automated production lines by combining mechanical engineering, electronics, software, robotics, and digital solutions to deliver high-performance systems.We are global leaders in Hygiene production lines and develop advanced solutions for Home & Personal Care (including single-dose capsule production and packaging), Warehousing & Logistics, and Battery Cell machinery.Business Development AnalystYou will support Fameccanica's strategic growth agenda across Corporate Strategy, Market & Competitive Intelligence, and M&A, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in:Shape corporate strategyby supporting planning cycles with data-driven analysis, trend forecasting, and scenario modeling to inform priorities and resource allocation.Enable executive decision-makingby creating concise, executive-ready presentations, business cases, and materials for leadership and board-level discussions.Drive performance monitoringby helping define, track, and reportKPIsand progress against strategic objectives, ensuring disciplined execution.Deliver market & competitive intelligencethrough research, competitive benchmarking, and industry landscape mapping to identify opportunities, risks, and positioning options in new businesses.Translate insights into actionable plans, contributing to business plans, strategic recommendations, andmake-or-buyassessments where required.Support the M&A agendathrough opportunity scouting, target screening, preliminary financial/valuation analysis, due diligence coordination, and contribution to integration planning and post-deal reviews.QualificationsEducation:Master of Science or Bac+5 in a related discipline, such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics.Experience:2–4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or similar strategic roles.Exposure to M&A processes, strategic planning, or market research strongly preferred.Skills:Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication; able to synthesize complex data into clear insights.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and market intelligence tools (e.g., PitchBook, Capital IQ).Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative mindset with a high level of business acumen.#J-*****-Ljbffr
