WHO WE AREFounded in **** in Italy,Neulabsis a tech company in the consumer goods sector that acquires and manages digital brands.Today, we manage10 brands, supported by a team of65+ professionalsacross Europe, generating more than€30 million in annual revenue.At Neulabs, we invest significant resources in growing the brands we acquire, leveraging deep expertise acrossbrand management, technology, marketing, procurement, and supply chain optimization.Our team includes top-tier professionals with backgrounds from leading firms such asBain, BCG, and McKinsey, as well as major global organizations.We invest heavily in technology — our specialists work withlarge-scale data management systemsand developadvanced toolsto accelerate growth across all our operations.WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-orientedAmazon Account Managerto join our internationalAmazon team.You will play a key role in managing and growing our brands on Amazon, driving revenue, performance, and strategic expansion across multiple markets.You'll be part of a flat, dynamic, and collaborative environment where ownership and impact are central to how we work.REQUIREMENTS Must have At least3 years of experiencein Amazon account management, ideally across multiple EU marketplaces.Proven track record ofmanaging full accounts(preferably for consumer goods brands) and delivering measurable growth.Strong skills inkeyword research, listing optimization, andaccount health management.Solid understanding ofAmazon PPC strategiesand campaign performance metrics.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail.FluentEnglish(Italian or German is a plus).Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as design, marketing, and operations.Nice to have Experience working withAmazon Brand Registryand new market launches.Previous experience inFBA logisticsandinternational expansion projects.Experience managing or coordinatingvirtual assistants(VAs).WHAT YOU'LL DO You will join a high-performing, international Amazon team led by ourHead of Amazon, collaborating closely with specialists, PPC experts, and designers.Your key responsibilities will include: End-to-end managementof 2 key brands, contributing approximately €4M in annual revenue.Conductingkeyword research, optimizing listings, and applying proprietary Neulabs SOPs and frameworks.Ensuringaccount health and compliance, managing KYC and other operational aspects to prevent disruptions.Coordinating with cross-functional teams fornew product launchesandgeographical expansion.Building and maintaining an internalknowledge base of best practicesto foster continuous improvement.Reporting performance and strategic updates to theBusiness ManagerandHead of Amazon.You will collaborate closely with: The Amazon team during weekly strategy huddles; The Design team for visuals and creative assets; Virtual Assistants for operational support; Business and brand managers for alignment on performance and priorities.WHAT WE OFFER At Neulabs, you'll find an agile and international environment withfreedom and responsibilityat its core.Your ideas and initiatives will directly impact the success of our brands.We offer: Acompetitive compensation package, based on experience, location, and contract type (employment or freelancing).Afast-growing, data-driven organizationwith room for professional growth.Continuous learning opportunitiesand access to a network of high-performing professionals.Hybrid working modeland a strong focus on wellbeing and efficiency.
