Rooted in authentic Italian heritage, we believe in making life's simplest moments truly exceptional.Today, our vibrant culture continues to bring refined Italianity to the world through quality, sophistication, and creativity.Driven by collaboration and a strong sense of community, our Maison offers the freedom to learn, grow, and evolve.It's a place to refine your craft in a creative environment and to shape your own path with autonomy and care.Acqua di Parma, where timeless craft meets vibrant spirit.As part of the Product Development & Innovation Team within Acqua di Parma HQ,End-to-end management of the artworks lifecyclefor all basic catalogue components, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders (Packaging, Regulatory, Planning, etc.) This includes timeline tracking, deadline follow-up, alignment between teams, and briefing the graphic designer with priorities and technical instructions.Monthly Sell-In and Sell-Out performance analysisof the brand's product lines to support strategic insights and business decisions.Support in the creation and management of purchase orders, including budget tracking, service order follow-up and alignment with internal processes.Support the team in the preparation of presentations and mockupsfor international meetings, shootings, brand events and other daily activities.Operational support in Bath & Body formula development, coordinating sample requests with suppliers for tests and registrations, and uploading related documentation in the LVMH system.Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Management Engineering (or related disciplines)Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent organizational skillsAbility to work with multiple stakeholders and manage parallel projects with agility and ownershipPassion for Beauty, Lifestyle and Luxury goodsPrevious experience or knowledge of SAP is a plusFluent in Italian and English13 of the General Data Protection Regulation n.
