Role Overview For a large multinational company, we are looking for a Product Management Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the entire product management system within the organization.This role involves developing and implementing product management policies and procedures, managing a team of product management professionals, and ensuring that product initiatives meet or exceed company objectives.The Product Management Manager conducts regular reviews, analyzes product performance data, and collaborates with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Key responsibilities include managing product documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and reporting on product performance to senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct StrategyDevelop and execute product strategy in alignment with company goals and objectivesConduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trendsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap and prioritize featuresProduct DevelopmentManage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launchWork closely with engineering teams to define product requirements and ensure timely deliveryConduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for product improvementsProduct MarketingDevelop and implement product marketing plans and campaignsCreate product messaging and positioning to effectively communicate value to the target audienceCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure product success in the marketProduct LaunchPlan and execute successful product launches, including coordination with various teams and stakeholdersMonitor and measure product performance and make adjustments as neededGather customer feedback and incorporate it into future product iterationsStakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersCommunicate product updates and progress to stakeholdersAddress concerns or issues raised by stakeholders and identify solutions to meet their needsTeam ManagementLead and manage a team by providing guidance, feedback, and supportSet goals and KPIs for team members and monitor performanceFoster a positive and collaborative work environmentDevelop and implement training programs to keep team members updated on trends and strategiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldAt least 10 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company, including at least 5 years as a people managerProficiency in product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Aha)Experience with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and SEM campaignsProficiency in English, both written and spokenExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasivelyStrong strategic mindset with a test-and-learn approach to marketing efforts and process improvementsAbility to allocate personnel, tools, and other resources efficiently to achieve project goals, balancing competing priorities and adapting as needed#J-*****-Ljbffr
