Descrizione dell'offerta di lavoroSede:Milano/RomaIl nostro clienteè una primaria realtà di consulenza strategica e direzionale che supporta aziende nazionali e internazionali nei percorsi di trasformazione, crescita e miglioramento delle performance commerciali.In un'ottica di potenziamento della practice Advisory, siamo alla ricerca di un/unaCustomer Strategy Manager.Il ruoloLa figura sarà responsabile di guidare i clienti nella definizione e implementazione distrategie customer-centric, mettendo la customer base al centro delle decisioni di business.Il ruolo combina forte capacità analitica, visione strategica e leadership progettuale, con un'esposizione diretta verso stakeholder senior.Responsabilità principaliDefinizione e implementazione distrategie di customer strategy, value proposition, go-to-market e programmi di fidelizzazioneAnalisi avanzata dicustomer data, trend di mercato e scenari competitiviper generare insight a supporto della crescitaGestione e coordinamento diteam di progetto, garantendo qualità, rispetto delle tempistiche e del budgetCostruzione e gestione di relazioni di fiducia constakeholder senior dei clienti, agendo come partner strategicoCollaborazione con funzioni chiave (sales, marketing, operations) per assicurare allineamento e corretta esecuzioneMentoring e sviluppo delle risorse più junior del teamContributo allo sviluppo dithought leadershipin ambito customer strategyRequisitiAlmeno5 anni di esperienzain consulenza strategica o ruoli affini, con focus su customer strategy, crescita e customer engagementEsperienza nellagestione di team di progetto complessiSpiccate capacità analitiche e comprovata esperienza nell'interpretazione di dati complessiOttime doti comunicative e di presentazione verso interlocutori executiveLaurea magistrale in discipline economiche; MBA considerato un plusInglese fluente(livello C1 o superiore)Cosa offre l'opportunitàContesto strutturato e altamente qualificatoProgetti ad alto impatto strategico su clienti di primo livelloPercorso di crescita professionale supportato da formazione continuaAmbiente collaborativo, orientato alla qualità e allo sviluppo delle persone#J-*****-Ljbffr
