Field Clinical Specialist, EP (Pisa / Florence)Boston Scientific is looking for a Field Clinical Specialist, EP (Pisa / Florence).This role will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, laboratory staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse (FARAPULSE Pulsed Field Ablation System) system during case procedures within an assigned geography and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.In addition, you will also specialize with our wider portfolio including Faraview and Opal Mapping System.This role covers Tuscany, whilst also providing assistance to the team as and when needed in Emilia-Romagna, Triveneto and Marche.For ease of travel, it is preferential to be based in either Pisa or Florence.This remote field-based role will require travel (approximately 80%) across Tuscany.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeServes as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system, and software development.Educates customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms (e.g., slides, transparencies, manuals).Attends cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse system and its components.Providing initial and continuous, as needed, training and feedback for development team and sales representatives on Farapulse, development process, products and features, and procedures involving those products and features.Meets with existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) by traveling to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them to achieve their goals.Develops relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts in other departments within hospitals and to identify key decision makers to facilitate future sales.Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.In this role, you will be responsible for Tuscany and may on occasion be required to support colleagues in neighboring regions.What Are We Looking For In YouSuccessfully completed studies within Biomedical Sciences (or a similar subject area), preferably within electrophysiology.Professional industry experience in a similar role is beneficial; however, not a requirement.Strong communication skills.Can understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.Professional working proficiency language skills in both Italian and English.Additional language skills are appreciated.Can rapidly adapt to a very dynamic marketplace.Strong team player, collaborative, and can build relationships and work cross-functionally.Self-motivated and can influence others.Flexible, adaptable but focused and persistent.Willing and can travel extensively as required by workload.What We Can Offer To YouExperience in a groundbreaking multinational company with attractive benefits.Upskilling.Mentoring.A company with a purposeful mission.A field-based role.Want to see what a day in the life of a Field Clinical Specialist looks like?Watch the video below:A Day in the Life – Marie, Field Clinical Specialist (YouTube)Please provide a CV in English.Requisition ID:As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most – united by a deep caring for human life.Our mission to advance science for life is about transforming lives through innovative medical solutions that improve patient lives, create value for our customers, and support our employees and the communities in which we operate.Now more than ever, we have a responsibility to apply those values to everything we do – as a global business and as a global corporate citizen.So, choosing a career with Boston Scientific isn't just business, it's personal.And if you're a natural problem-solver with the imagination, determination, and spirit to make a meaningful difference to people worldwide, we encourage you to apply and look forward to connecting with you#J-*****-Ljbffr
