The CompanyKIKO MILANO was founded in **** in Milan and since then has revolutionized how cosmetics are sold globally.We thrive to offer an incredible variety of products, textures & colours, a multi-sensorial experience in innovative technology yet always at an affordable price.Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics.Your role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for a Wholesale E-Commerce Support Intern to join KIKO MILANO's E-Commerce team, reporting to the Head of Wholesale E-Commerce.In particular, you will:Receive and organize product assets (images and videos) provided by the Graphic Team.Rename all assets according to company standards and in four specific naming versions (e.g., by EAN, Player SKU, etc.) for different player groups.Ensure that both images and videos are correctly renamed and structured following the defined order and guidelines.Maintain up-to-date product naming in warehouse folders, updating EAN codes monthly during "Silent Switch" processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Graphic, Marketing, and Product) to ensure alignment on naming conventions and version updates.Verify consistency and completeness of renamed assets before upload or distribution.Support the continuous improvement of renaming workflows and documentation.What you will need to succeedDegree in Marketing, Business Management or SimilarProficiency inExcel or Google Sheetsfor managing asset lists and renaming trackers.Confidence in working withinshared drives or digital asset management systems(e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, DAM platforms).Attention tofile organization, hierarchy, and consistencyacross multiple folders and product categories.Basic knowledge ofproduct coding systems(EAN, SKU, internal product codes) preferred.Comfort working in aninternational and cross-functional environment, using English for documentation and communication.We would love if you hadResult-driven: Focused on achieving goals with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Self-starter: Able to manage and drive own projects independently, from concept to execution, in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented and holistic thinker: Equally comfortable working on fine details and stepping back to see the broader brand and business contextKIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le pari opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all'integrazione delle persone con disabilità all'interno dell'azienda.Tutte le posizioni aperte in KIKO sono rivolte anche ai candidati appartenenti alle Categorie Protette l.*****.I dati verranno trattati esclusivamente ai fini di Ricerca del Personale.Leggi l'informativa privacy riportata al link
