SENIOR CENTRAL LOGISTICS MANAGER (F/H/X)We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Logistics Manager to lead our logistics operations in Italy.The role requires a hands-on leader with deep expertise in warehousing and customs, who can optimize processes, manage a team and a 3PL, and ensure operational excellence.The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a service-driven mindset, a proven track record in international logistics, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.Reports to: International Logistics Director based in ParisGeographical location: Castel San Pietro (near Bologna)Regular trips to ParisJob responsibilitiesKEY MISSIONS:Manage, coach, and develop a team of 4 logistics professionals.Set clear performance goals and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Logistics OperationsCoordinate and oversee daily operations including warehousing and customs activitiesEnsure compliance with Italian and EU logistics, customs, and trade regulations.Maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers, suppliers and carriers.Process OptimizationDevelop and monitor KPIs to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while improving service levels.Leverage technology and digital tools to increase efficiency, visibility, and accuracy.CSR & SustainabilityDrive initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of logistics operations.Partner with suppliers, service providers and carriers committed to sustainable practices and ethical standards.Promote circular economy practices such as packaging reduction, recycling, and reverse logistics.Ensure alignment with the company's broader CSR and ESG goals.Contribute to the company's supply chain strategy, aligning logistics operations with business goals.Anticipate risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions (Business Continuity Plan).Adapt Logistics footprint to the business context.BudgetElaborate and monitor Logistics budget in cooperation with the Finance Department.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate cross-functionally with production, supply chain, procurement, retail, and finance teams to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain executionAct as the point of contact for senior leadership on logistics-related matters.ProfilePROFIL:***** years of progressive experience in logistics management, ideally in a multinational environment.Proven leadership experience managing teams (minimum 3–5 people)Strong Customer and Service focusHands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems and logistics performance tools.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.Italian & English fluent, French is a plusUniversity Degree.A master's degree is a plusCeline is a luxury French fashion House founded in **** by Céline Vipiana.At LVMH, people make the difference in the art of crafting dreams.Our people fuel our dynamic, entrepreneurial culture.We value collective ambitions, encouraging our talents to push boundaries and champion a curious, audacious state of mind.Our commitment to excellence is reflected in nurturing every individual with a growth mindset and development opportunities, consistently empowering them to reach their full potential.We are actively committed to positive impact through an inclusive environment that supports and gives back to our talented community.Join us at LVMH, where your talent is at the heart of our collective successes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
