Your JobThe Senior Infrastructure Analyst is a key member of the global KES IT Infrastructure Team, responsible for supporting and evolving the company's IT infrastructure across multiple regions.This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic collaboration, contributing to global initiatives and ensuring alignment with KES IT standards and business goals.Our TeamThis role is embedded within the IT Infrastructure Project Capability, contributing to the successful delivery of infrastructure-related projects.The role requires strong project management awareness and the ability to work within structured project environments.What You Will DoGlobal KES IT Infrastructure Team MemberActively contribute to the productivity and success of the global infrastructure teamSupport the execution of global IT strategy and project deliverablesProvide technical support for global infrastructure and IT resourcesShare technical knowledge and best practices across teamsKeep project teams and leadership informed of progress and challengesEnsure complete and accurate project documentationManage and support infrastructure in accordance with KES IT policies and standardsWork with cross-functional teams to reduce infrastructure complexity and improve performanceParticipate in shaping and implementing infrastructure strategies for servers, systems, and networksProvide hands-on support for our three locations in Italy (Aprilia, Campobasso, Vimercate)Actively contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvementIT Infrastructure Project Capability ContributorParticipate in the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projectsApply project management principles to ensure scope, schedule, and quality targets are metCollaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needsSupport risk identification, mitigation planning, and resource coordinationMaintain clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycleWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.Senior experience in IT infrastructure, ideally in a global or enterprise environment.Strong expertise in server, network, and system administration.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., ADO, MS Project).Ability to manage priorities, communicate effectively, and work within structured project frameworks.Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.What Will Put You AheadProject management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum) is a plus.Who We AreAs a Koch company, Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is a dynamic network of businesses that work together to create an ecosystem of domain expertise to increase operational efficiency, improve safety, reduce waste, and reduce emissions.At Koch, employees are empowered to do what they do best to make life better.Learn how our business philosophy helps employees unleash their potential while creating value for themselves and the company.Additionally, everyone has individual work and personal needs.We seek to enable the best work environment that helps you and the business work together to produce superior results.#J-*****-Ljbffr
