This role is designed for someone eager to develop strong skills in controlling financial analysis, and project controlling, contributing to project performance monitoring and supporting strategic decision-making. The position offers growth opportunities within the company, being part oof EMEA finance and controlling team.Requisiti per il successoKey ResponsibilitiesControlling & AnalysisSupport budgeting and forecasting processes, processes on project level (New business and customer service).Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and prepare management reports.Contribute to project controlling activities, including cost tracking, margin analysis, and KPI monitoring.Assisting risk review and act as a business partner for project managers.Support liquidity monitoring and cash flow planning in collaboration with the Controller.ComplianceAssist in ensuring adherence to local and group financial regulations.Collaborate with Shared Services for operational compliance tasks.Maintain documentation required for audits and regulatory reviews.Operational SupportSupport the Finance team to F&C topics for Italy and Spain.Prepare documentation for financial statements and notes.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.Experience: 1–2 years in finance, controlling, or accounting (internship experience acceptable).Technical Skills:Basic knowledge of SAP FI/CO (willingness to learn).Advanced Excel proficiency.Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.Effective communication for cross-functional collaboration.Languages:Fluent in English and Italian.Workplace:MaranelloOur promise to youSwisslog is a world of opportunity for people who can deliver a game changing mission: driving the future of intralogistics, by shaping an era of robotic and data-driven automated solutions that create exceptional customer value.Join us on this journey and you'll be part of a global enterprise that's proud of its Swiss roots - and hugely excited by the worldwide opportunities open to everyone in the Swisslog family.
