Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than ****** people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.We are looking for anELECTRONICS INDUSTRIALIZATION ENGINEER.ROLEManage new product introduction in production, through the:Analysis of the technical documentation (bill of materials, drawings, etc.)Design and implementation of manufacturing & testing toolsRedaction of manufacturing and testing instructions for internal workers or external suppliersTraining of manufacturing and testing workers.Propose, set up, and improve the manufacturing processes: workstations, tooling, routings, assembly & testing instructions to workersSupport manufacturing and testing activities (both internal and at supplier's premises) when manufacturing or testing issue occurs.Facilitate manufacturing continuous improvementsSupport quality department during technical analysis when production issues come up.Required background:Master Degree in electronic / informatic / telecommunication engineerKnowledge of English language - B2 levelPreferred experience and skills:2 years experience in an electronic factory as design or manufacturing engineer.Knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and IPC standards: assembly process (SMT, THT), varnishing process,Knowledge of electronic testing processes: In-Circuit, Flying Probe, functional test bench, AOI, dielectric tests, cable testers.Familiarity with electronic instrumentation: multimeter, oscilloscope, function generators, National Instruments tools etc...Knowledge of Labview language and C++ languageKnowledge of CE marking standards for manufacturing & testing tools.Job location: our production Site in FlorenceIs it required availability to travel in Italy and abroadAn agile, inclusive and responsible culture is the foundation of our company where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.
