ArkadSpA is widening its offer to Customers in theOil&Gas and Power Markets.We are looking for aTechnical and Cost Coordinatorto improve theProposal Departmentand become part of our Team in Sesto San Giovanni (Milan).Role and responsibilities:Support the Estimator in the preparation of the project budget value.Support the Proposal Manager in identifying the activities needed from other Company's departments for the preparation of the technical proposal and the costs estimation.Provide guidance to the Engineering Team, through the appointed Project Engineer, during the technical proposal preparation, sharing design to cost decisions, qualifications and exceptions to tender requirements, ensuring that the engineering team is properly focused on critical items.Support the Proposal Manager in the preparation of the Cost Estimation Plan.Execute the estimation of the sections of the plant not covered by other Technical and Cost Estimators (TCEs), ensuring that the estimation is aligned with last BoQ, quotations, qualifications, assumptions, etc.Conduct, for disciplines not covered by other TCEs, the commercial evaluation of offers received from suppliers.Coordinate the collection of Cost Estimate from other TCEs, to be transferred to the Estimator for the inclusion in TPS (Total Price Sheet).Attend tender review meetings (KOM, SG1, RAM e Cost/TPS internal review meetings).Participate in the definition of the "buy out" on Vendor's quotation (during buyout meeting with Procurement Department).Ensure that the engineering documentation (MRs, MTOs, specifications and proposal deliverables) is produced in time and quality as agreed during the Kick-Off Meeting.Ensure that quantities and costs are split according to established WBS and price list, using agreed formats.Review the Bid Check List prepared by the Project Engineer to assure the completeness of the cost estimate.Ideal candidate's core competencies:Secondary school diploma or Engineering degree.5 years of experience in engineering and contracting company or construction company and at least 3 years of experience as estimator/proposal engineer preferably in Oil&Gas applications, English language, preferably also French.Communication and presentation skills.Coordination and Planning.Problem Solving.Time Management.Listening and Providing Feedback.We honor our commitments under articles 1 and 18 of Law No. ******* and give special consideration to candidates in protected categories.#J-*****-Ljbffr
