QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER – ABOUT THE ROLEOfficina Stellare is looking for a Quality Assurance professional to join the Quality Department.The selected candidate will work closely with the Quality Manager and Process Owner to ensure the company's Quality Management System complies with UNI EN ****:**** standards, guaranteeing the conformity of products, processes, and documentation.The role also involves promoting a culture of quality, prevention, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DOPromote a culture focused onQuality, Reliability, and Preventionthrough internal training and awareness activities.Update the documentation of theQuality Management System(Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, Checklists, Modules, etc.) in compliance withUNI EN ****and related processes.Ensure the effective application of the QMS and contribute tocontinuous improvement.Support analysis, evaluation, and formalization of risk management related to processes using recognized methodologies (e.g., FMEA, Risk-Based Thinking).Monitor and periodically reportKPIrelated to On-Quality and On-Time Delivery, promoting corrective actions when necessary.Identify, coordinate, and monitorCorrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).Plan, conduct, and supportinternal system auditsand supplier audits, including managing non-conformities.Support the analysis ofnon-conformities, applying structured tools (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys).Promote the implementation ofLean methodologiesand5S principlesto optimize production processes.YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONSMaster's or Bachelor's degree in technical-scientific disciplines.3–5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in environments with high quality standards (Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, High-Tech).Knowledge ofUNI EN ****andISO ****standards.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONLocation: Sarcedo, Vicenza (Italy)Working time: full time, hybrid as per the internal policyBenefit: company Gym
