Informazioni sull'Azienda BDF Industries S.P.A, storica realtà leader nella progettazione e produzione di macchinari per la lavorazione del vetro, è alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire all'interno dell' Ufficio Pianificazione , dedicato alla gestione della value stream di prodotto.La gestione del flusso avviene tramite metodologie evolute di lean production e per garantirne l'eccellenza collaboreremo con Shingijutsu, il più rinomato studio di consulenza giapponese nel settore.Responsabilità principali Schedulare ed ottimizzare la produzione nei reparti assegnati; Monitorare l'avanzamento produttivo dei centri di lavoro di competenza; Partecipare attivamente a riunioni di allineamento per avanzamento produzione con gli altri enti Operations; Coordinare periodicamente le attività con gli altri planner; Interfacciarsi con le funzioni di Ufficio tecnico, Acquisti, Logistica e Qualità al fine di garantire il rispetto delle date di consegna e degli obiettivi comuni; Gestiree partecipare a progetti di miglioramento in ambito produttivo con l'implemento di strategie Lean e Total Productive Maintenance in collaborazione con la funzione di Kaizen Promotion.Requisiti richiesti Laurea in Ingegneria meccanica o gestionale; Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nella figura di Planner in azienda strutturata del settore metalmeccanico; Tensione all'obiettivo e alla risoluzione di problemi; Ottima capacità di utilizzare il pacchetto Microsoft Office – padronanza nell'utilizzo di Excel; Completano il profilo: capacità di lavorare in gruppo, comunicazione efficace, flessibilità.Cosa offriamo Piano welfare annuale Un contesto di lavoro internazionale e tecnologicamente avanzato Aggiornamento e formazione continui Ambiente dinamico e solido, con oltre 100 anni di storia industriale Sede di lavoro: Vicenza (zona industriale).
