Responsible for the Aftersales & Serviceactivities of the company in the Italian market? Measure performance and efficiencybased on KPIs? Ensure the executionofthe Service activities and projectsin the company? Responsible for the approval oftechnical suppliers? Support to branches? Monitor turnover of Service and sparepart sales? Ensure a high level of customersatisfaction? Control of internal costs andwarranties? Pricing of service contractsYour ProfileSKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS? Minimum of 6 years of relevantprofessional experience in industrial sectors with a focus on the technicaldepartment? Expertise in rentals and maintenancecontracts (knowledge of service costs, etc.)? Prior work experience in teammanagement? Must have ability to train andmotivate proving very good with communicational skills? Passionate and hard worker? Manage complexity and work volume,problem solver? Target and results oriented? Customer centricity? Strategic thinking and acting? Bachelor's degree in engineering oreconomies? Proficient with MS Office? Knowledge of CRM system?
