Per importante Azienda Cliente multinazionale, SELTIS HUB ricerca unTALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER(con focus su Sviluppo e Compensation/Benefit)La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team Risorse Umane e avrà un ruolo chiave, in particolare, nell'implementazione di processi di Sviluppo e Compensation/Benefit, oltre a supervisionare processi di attrazione, selezione e valorizzazione dei talenti in linea con la strategia aziendale.LA POSIZIONESupportare la definizione e l'aggiornamento deipiani di Compensation & Benefitin collaborazione con HR Manager e FinanceAnalizzare dati di mercato e benchmark retributivi per garantire competitività e coerenza internaCollaborare a progetti ditalent developmente piani di crescita individualiSupervisionare l'intero ciclo di selezione per diversi ruoli aziendali e gestire una risorsa dedicata al RecruitingDefinire e implementare strategie diemployer brandinge attractionMonitorare KPI HR e proporre azioni di miglioramentoIL PROFILOLaurea in discipline economiche, giuridiche o umanisticheAlmeno 3-5 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Talent Acquisition / HR con focus su C&B e sviluppoOttima conoscenza delle metodologie di selezione e valutazioneCompetenze analitiche per l'elaborazione di report e benchmark salarialiOttimo inglese scritto e parlatoSoft skills: proattività, capacità relazionali, orientamento al risultato, visione strategicaL'OFFERTAAmbiente dinamico e in crescita.Opportunità di sviluppo professionale.Pacchetto retributivo competitivo, CCNL Chimica - tempo indeterminato, RAL commisurata all'esperienza del candidato/a
