GEWISS is an Italian multinational company that operates internationally in the development of technological solutions and innovative services for home & building automation, energy protection and distribution, electric mobility and smart lighting.The history of GEWISS is rooted in a successful entrepreneurial path, born from the revolutionary intuition of the use of technopolymer in electrical systems and guided by the values of integrity, culture of excellence and sustainability.We are experiencing a moment of exciting and ambitious growth to be increasingly managerial, international, digital and sustainable.For this reason, we need the best talents to walk alongside us, supporting together this process of continuous evolution.PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGERWithin the Installation Business Unit in the product marketing team and reporting to the Global Solution Marketing Manager, we are searching for a candidate able to drive the innovation and guide the markets in achieving the ambitious GEWISS goals.In this strategic role, you will own the full lifecycle of our products, from vision and development to launch and customer success.You'll collaborate globally to shape solutions that deliver real customer value, drive revenue and margin growth, and support GEWISS long-term market vision.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct ManagementDevelop and maintain a strategic vision of the product portfolio, guiding the product roadmap and long-term developmentOwn and manage the product portfolio with a focus on sustainable, profitable growthDefine product features and development priorities in collaboration with MarketsWork closely with markets, operations, and quality teams to ensure customer satisfactionAnalyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product strategy and innovationLead successful product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams across the organizationBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and map the full growth potential; develop and execute strategies to unlock new market opportunitiesAnalyze the competitive landscape and offer positioning, proposing and executing the most appropriate actions to develop the relevant segment in line with market needs.Analyze competitors' positioning and define the pricing structure.Act as a key interface with the Markets and other global marketing teams to align commercial strategiesBuild and activate a strong global network of product promoters and champions to support portfolio expansion leveraging the BU CommunityMarketing Communication & CompetencesDevelop and execute global go-to-market plans, with a strong focus on digital campaigns, online presence, and content marketingCreate and distribute marketing materials, application references, and competitor analysesConduct training sessions, seminars, and workshops to enhance internal and external competence in product positioning and usageThis position involves local and international travel.Experience and Education:Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or business developmentA genuine interest in the electrotechnical sector is required to be able to deeper understand the product needs and properly execute the main responsibilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of customer business challenges and the ability to translate them into solutionsAbility to work in a team and influence collaborators at all levels of the organization.Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketingIndustriesAppliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
