Legal CounselPer un nostro Cliente, importante realtà farmaceutica italiana multinazionale, siamo alla ricerca di un Legal Counsel. La persona individuata fornirà supporto legale strategico, operativo e regolatorio alle società del Gruppo ed una gestione efficace della contrattualistica, del contenzioso e delle attività societarie.Principali responsabilità:Affiancare le Direzioni nella valutazione preventiva dei rischi e delle opportunità legali connessi a decisioni strategiche e operative, contribuendo all'implementazione di eventuali azioni correttive.Monitorare costantemente nuove normative di riferimento e valutarne tempestivamente impatti, rischi e opportunità per le società del Gruppo.Fornire pareri legali e soluzioni operative alle funzioni aziendali.Supportare la definizione, revisione e aggiornamento di procedure e strumenti legati alla gestione legale.Redigere, revisionare e aggiornare contratti a supporto delle funzioni di business (R&D, Medical-Scientific, Procurement, Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Pharma Commercial).Gestire la contrattualistica internazionale (Licensing IN/OUT, Distribution, Development) e la documentazione collegata (PVA, CDA, Quality Agreement, Power of Attorney).Analizzare situazioni di contenzioso e proporre soluzioni per la gestione delle controversieRelazionarsi con professionisti esterni in caso di avvio di procedure legali.Profilo ricercato:Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza; abilitazione forense preferibile.Almeno 5–7 anni di esperienza in uffici legali aziendali o studi legali, di cui 2–3 anni preferibilmente in ambito healthcare.Solida esperienza nella contrattualistica.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.Conoscenza della normativa chimico-farmaceutica.Familiarità con il Modello ********.Sede: MilanoRif.
