Booking Agent The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, Autograph Collection Roma The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, Autograph Collection, one of the most vibrant and dynamic 5 in Rome, is looking for youThe Reservation Agent will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments: Reservation operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard; Responding to all guest enquires in an engaging manner whilst using Hotel standards with the aim of converting every enquiry into a booking by delivering efficient and intuitive guest service.Ensure personal knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers; Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing program; Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications; Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills and values that follow: Reservation experience in Hotel of same category preferably in Marriott Luxury Properties Strong commercial/business awareness and demonstration of sales capabilities Calm, organized work ethic with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal and communications skills A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service Experience with answering multi-line phone lines Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Excellent command of Italian and English.Additional languages will be considered a plus A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role Proficiency in Opera PMS *********), MARSHA, EMPOWER Operational Systems required To apply please send your CV to:
