Sales Associate CDD Milano Overview As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable in-store experiences.You will engage with the boutique team, bringing enthusiasm and energy to inspire and connect with customers.Your main focus will be maximizing sales opportunities and participating in daily shop activities to foster a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.Key Responsibilities Client-Centric & Store Administration Activities Provide a warm and professional greeting for every customer.Assist clients in product selection, offering personalized advice and immersive experiences while sharing insights about the collections.Foster strong client relationships through outstanding service and diligent follow-ups.Expand the clientele base through engagement and high-quality service.Achieve and exceed sales targets.Stay informed on product details, collections, and industry trends.Ensure accurate and efficient processing of sales transactions for a seamless checkout experience.Promptly and courteously handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.Proactively follow up on client inquiries, including after-sales requests.Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's presentation and cleanliness.Participate in inventory management and organizing stock.Support in-store events and promotional activities.Provide management with feedback on customer preferences and sales performance.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Monitor product and store environment security.Adhere to company dress code and grooming standards to reflect the brand's image.Team Collaboration Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive, efficient work environment, promoting a positive, supportive, and inclusive store culture.Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.Assist in training new team members as required.Take initiative in learning about best sellers, new arrivals, product knowledge, and all category information.Qualifications Previous retail experience is required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to engage, connect, and build relationships with clients.Fluent in Italian and English, proficiency in a third language is a plus.Passion for fashion, art, and design, with a good sense of style.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.Join Us Become part of a dedicated team passionate about creativity and innovation through fashion, art, and design.J-*****-Ljbffr
