Our platform automates the entire lifecycle of energy communities from design and regulatory compliance to implementation and ongoing management, through dedicated software modules.Today, Hex Ergy supports 600+ energy community projects across Italy, the Netherlands, and Colombia , and is actively expanding into the United States, Spain, France, Germany, and Portugal .We are seeking a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)who is deeply passionate about sustainability and the energy transition , and who wants to apply senior marketing leadership to generate real-world impact. You will own marketing strategy and key decisions , lead our marketing agency, manage the internal marketing team, and ensure that Hex Ergy's story consistently delivers the WOW Effect across markets, audiences, and channels. Own and define Hex Ergy's global marketing strategy, with sustainability and energy transition at its coreMake strategic marketing decisions and set clear prioritiesLead, challenge, and coordinate the external marketing agencyManage and mentor the internal marketing team, fostering purpose, clarity, and performanceTranslate complex energy concepts into clear, inspiring narratives for citizens and institutionsGuide B2 B, institutional, and partner marketing positioning10+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles~5+ years in cleantech, energy, climate tech, or B2 B Saa S~ Proven experience managing both B2 C and B2 B marketing strategies~ Strong track record in international marketing for growing companies~ Genuinely passionate about sustainability and the energy transition~ Fractional, part-time engagement (~8 hours per week )Fully remoteThe opportunity to shape how sustainability is communicated globally
