S/he will contribute to supporting the project team in the analysis, design and implementation phases of the various project initiatives with a focus on financial planning issues and consolidated based on specific business processes and local requirements, guiding the integration of new processes with existing IT architectures and identifying solutions compliant with the company standard. S/he will be an active participant in guiding internal clients in change management processes, as Process Analyst, Business Case Analyst, Change Analyst, Communication Analyst, Training Analyst.How will You contributeTechnical support on the functional applications of planning and consolidated tools and resolution of related problemsImplementation of the evolutions of the planning and consolidated tool system and/or coordination of supplier activities in the development and evolutionary maintenance phases of the application solutionsDrafting of the technical specifications necessary for the evolution and maintenance of the planning and consolidated tool systemDefinition of the technical requirements of the system and management of the interfaces between planning and consolidated tools and legacy systemsSupport to users in the testing and training phases for the start-up and use of new features and new applicationsManagement of relationships with internal customersWho you areYou are a senior professional with solid Project Management skills, ability to work in a team, good interpersonal and negotiation skills, proactivity and ability to propose new solutions.You have:Degree in Economics/Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent knowledge/experienceAt least 7 years of experience in similar roles in the IT function of structured companies and/or consultancy companiesKnowledge of Oracle Enterprice Performance Management system (Hyperion)Knowledge of financial planning processesFluency in spoken and written EnglishFluency in spoken and written ItalianAvailability to travel
