We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to own client delivery and relationship management across our creative projects.This is a pivotal role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and to the standard our partners expect.You'll manage 4-10 projects simultaneously, coordinating across a creative team of 4-5 people, a print production manager, a coordinator, and a series of external suppliers.Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for keeping projects moving, removing blockers, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.Crucially, this role involves building out our project management systems, tools, and processes.We currently use Slack and Asana, but we need someone who can bring rigour and structure to our delivery operations—improving workflows, establishing better tracking, and creating systems that scale as we grow.You won't just be managing projects; you'll be shaping how we work.The role also includes some involvement in pitching and expanding existing client relationships, supporting the CEO in developing new opportunities with current partners.While delivery is the core focus, commercial awareness and the ability to spot growth potential within accounts is valuable.Requirements5+ years of agency or creative agency experience , with a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projectsProven experience managing large, high-profile clients— global brands, enterprise-level accounts , or equivalentComfort operating at senior stakeholder level within major organisations; you're confident presenting to and negotiating with senior decision-makersStrong technical delivery skills—you can build and manage project timelines, track dependencies, and hold teams accountable to deadlinesRigorous approach to project management—you proactively flag risks, anticipate problems, and ensure smooth workflow without micromanagingStrong client relationship and stakeholder management skills—you build trust, manage expectations, and keep clients informed without overwhelming themFluency in English(written and spoken)Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch; you see gaps as opportunities, not obstaclesNice to havePublishing industry experienceLuxury or automotive sector experienceBenefitsOpportunities to contribute to international, premium creative projects working with some of the largest brands in the world.A beautiful workspace in the heart of Milan, with a satellite office Toyko, Japan.Competitive compensation aligned with experience.#J-*****-Ljbffr
