Full Stack Developer (Mid) – Remote (Europe)AI Kosmo builds AI-powered digital concierges for hotels. We're a young, remote-first team of 9 (4 devs including CTO) based across Europe, meeting quarterly in Northern Italy.The RoleYour first projects:1. Port our marketing website to Next.js, translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect code and merging it with our cloud dashboard2. Own the dashboard UX evolution: you'll have real authority to rethink layouts, propose improvements, and shape how hoteliers interact with our product dailyLong-term, you'll work across our full stack as needed.Tech StackFrontend: Next.js 16+ (App Router, Server Components), React 19, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, TanStack QueryBackend: Bun, TypeScript, Hono, Supabase, RedisPatterns: Functional style, ts-pattern, neverthrowRequirementsStrong React + Next.js with Server Components experienceStrong opinions about good UX — you notice friction, propose solutions, and care about the details that make interfaces feel rightEye for design implementationComfortable with TypeScriptEager to learn and adapt – you'll touch many parts of the codebaseExcited to work with cutting-edge AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.)Based in EuropeFluent English (Italian helpful)What We OfferFully remote, full-time positionQuarterly team meetups in Northern Italy (4 days)Small, collaborative team with direct access to CTO and CEOReal influence over product decisions — at our size, your UX instincts directly shape what we shipStart: ASAP
