Boutique Operations & Visual MerchandisingEnsure impeccable visual standards and brand image in the storeManage stock levels, product replenishment, and back-of-house organizationExecute all operational and stock management activities—including inventory, logistics, cash handling, and reporting—in strict accordance with company policies and head office guidelines.What We're Looking ForExperience & SkillsAt least 1–2 years of experience in high-end retail, preferably in Fragrance/ Beauty/ Luxury Retail ExperienceStrong communication skills in Italian and English; other foreign language skills are a plusConfidence in using digital tools and POS systems Your PersonalityElegant, proactive, empathetic, and service-orientedHigh level of flexibility and ability to problem solveA natural team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detailsSelf-motivated, focused and able to use own initiativeFlexibility to work varied shifts as required by the business, including weekends and public holidays.Are you ready to craft unforgettable olfactory experiences with us?Join us and bring your expertise to the world of Dr. Vranjes Firenze.
