Role : Project ManagerLocation : Geneva, alternatively Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, UK and France.Travel : This role will require travel across EMEA.Language : English.About CBREShape the Future of Project ManagementCBRE is significantly strengthening its project management capabilities through the strategic integration of Turner & Townsend's expertise.As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to complex and innovative projects across a wide range of sectors, leveraging the resources and knowledge of two industry leaders.What is the Purpose of this roleWe are looking for a Project Manager (PM) to be dedicated to one of our newest industrial clients.As the PM, you will manage the delivery of several real estate projects at any one time through the project life cycle – programming, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout across the client's EMEA portfolio and provide a link and contact point for Principal engagement where appropriate.Some travel is expected.Ideally, the PM would be commutable to Geneva, though due to the client's EMEA portfolio, we would be open to Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and France.Key duties and responsibilitiesCoordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (incl. Key Performance Indicators KPI's)Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendorsAdminister the Construction Contract (JCT or other)Ability to procure consultant appointments including scope of servicesAbility to procure building contract including scope of servicesGood Understanding of statutory approvals (Building Control, Planning, Landlordsetc)Experience and Skill SetCome from a construction background.Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders.EMEA market experience.Lab and office experience is ideal, but not essential.Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.DisclaimerPlease be advised that effective January 1, ****, CBRE Project Management and Turner & Townsend were consolidated into a single global business entity.As a candidate applying for a position, you should be aware that while your initial employment may be with CBRE GWS, you will subsequently transfer directly to Turner & Townsend at a date to be determined.#J-*****-Ljbffr
