OverviewWe are looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing function and support business growth.The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of proven experience in the role, combines strategic vision with strong execution skills, and is able to manage the entire marketing funnel—from brand positioning to acquisition, activation, and retention.Reporting directly to the CEO, this role plays a key role in defining and scaling the marketing strategy across multiple markets.ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement Qapla's brand positioning strategy across Italy, Spain, and EuropeOptimize acquisition strategies across both inbound (Enterprise/Big Accounts) and self-service (SMB) channels, organic and paidLead and coordinate the marketing team consisting of 2 people (Marketing Specialist, SEO Strategist)Manage external agencies for campaigns and other marketing activitiesBuild and optimize lead generation and nurturing funnelsExperiment with new channels, approaches, and technologies (AI, automation, agents)Monitor KPIs, budgets, and ROI, delivering regular reports to managementRequirements3–5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing / Marketing Manager roles, preferably within SaaS companiesExperience in the eCommerce sectorFluent proficiency in Italian and EnglishProven experience in defining and executing Go-To-Market strategiesStrong leadership skills with experience managing teams and external agenciesSolid knowledge of performance marketing platformsHands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (knowledge of Zoho, HubSpot, and GA4 will be considered a plus)Advanced use of AI tools, agents, and workflow automationStrong results orientation, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently in fast-paced environmentsNice to Have: Background in international and high-growth environmentsWhat We OfferA strategic role with direct impact on company growthPermanent employment with a salary aligned to proven experience (€40,000–€50,000) plus a performance-based variable componentHigh level of autonomy and responsibility within a dynamic and innovative work environmentWork Location: Flexible working model: Smart Working (3 days remote + 2 days in-office) or Full Remote (Italy)#J-*****-Ljbffr
